Director - Sales

• Own and drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure across international markets.


• Lead the sales team to build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across target verticals.


• Develop a deep understanding of SpringCT s technology services, capabilities, and value proposition to define go-to-market strategies.


• Develop pricing strategies for various engagement models.


• Lead client discovery, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with technical, marketing and sales support teams.


• Develop and execute sales plans, create forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.


• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and account penetration metrics.


• Develop C-level relationships with strategic customers, act as point of escalation, collect feedback and feed it to delivery teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, MBA in Sales & Marketing.


• 13-15 years of strong sales experience in niche software technology consulting or product engineering.


• Good understanding of one or more focused verticals - unified communication & collaboration, IoT, healthcare, and fintech.


• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing multi-million-dollar deals.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Experience of working with global clients, especially in North America and Europe.


• Good understanding of legal, IP Protection and contractual obligations.
