Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Real Estate Asset Management, to join our Global Real Estate team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRIDIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Oversee all aspects of the facilities operations across India
• Ensure the delivery of efficient, safe, sustainable and employee-centric workspaces
• Lead a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally to align facilities strategy with business objectives
• Align facilities strategy with business objectives, supporting corporate growth and operational excellence.
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor‘s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate or business administration is preferred.
• 18+ years of total work experience with at least 10+ years in management preferred. Experience in facilities and/or property management is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and FM compliance standards
• Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability programs, and modern workplace design
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Lead and develop a high-performing FM team and partner with PT, IT, Corporate Services and business leaders
• Drive a culture of service excellence and employee well-being within the workplace experience framework
