Role Overview

Career Bana Le seeks a proven senior business leader for full P&L ownership. Drive commercial performance, operational excellence, franchise network expansion, and sustainable profitability across India. Establish strategic direction, strengthen financial governance, and deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with ambitious organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership & Commercial Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end P&L accountability: revenue generation, cost control, profitability, EBITDA performance
  • Develop financial plans, forecasting models, pricing structures, unit-economics frameworks
  • Implement KPIs, business dashboards, data-driven reporting systems for financial health monitoring

Business Growth & Franchise Expansion

  • Scale multi-city franchise network with aggressive growth milestones
  • Launch new markets in Tier-1/2/3 locations, identify high-margin revenue streams
  • Enable franchise profitability via support, training, governance, performance reviews

Operations & Delivery

  • Standardize processes, franchise SOPs, compliance protocols, quality frameworks
  • Enhance execution efficiency, productivity, customer experience across centers
  • Manage partner lifecycle: onboarding, evaluation, escalation handling

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build high-accountability culture across business, sales, operations, support teams
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, technology, talent leadership
  • Drive quarterly/annual business plans and strategic direction

Candidate Profile

Experience Required

  • 12-18 years leadership managing P&L for fast-scaling multi-unit/franchise businesses
  • Proven revenue ownership, business expansion success
  • Preferred: Study-abroad, education services, skilling, test prep, BFSI distribution, retail, telecom, franchising

Core Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen, financial management expertise
  • High-impact leadership, negotiation, stakeholder influencing
  • Analytical, execution-driven, scaling operations in high-growth environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, resilience

Education

  • MBA (Business, Strategy, Sales/Marketing, Finance) from reputed institute (preferred)
