Experience

The ideal candidate is a seasoned consulting professional with 10–12 years of experience, preferably from
a Big Four or a similar firm, who can lead market mapping and business development in the NFS GCC space. They possess a strong track record in designing innovative, strategic HR and operational transformation solutions, while ensuring seamless project delivery and client success. This individual excels in cross-functional collaboration, financial and risk management, and drives thought leadership through content and branding initiatives. S/He must be a team player and should have the ability to develop and articulate insights and mentor the team in alignment with the organization’s vision.

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
