Job Description

Role Overview: The Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) Learning Adoption & Renewals group is dedicated to empowering global customers to maximize their Oracle investments. The team consists of two core units: Cloud Learning Services and CSS License. The Cloud Learning Services division, a $25M+ business, offers comprehensive training solutions for Oracle's HCM, CX, and ERP pillars. The primary mission is to assist organizations in driving product adoption, upskilling talent, and achieving tangible ROI through a strategic approach to enterprise learning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer adoption of Oracle University's Cloud Learning Subscriptions (MyLearn). - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Service Solutions Specialists to assist Oracle Cloud customers across diverse industries and geographies. - Advocate Oracle learning offerings to clients, emphasizing business value and alignment with customer success objectives. - Collaborate with customers to create personalized training plans and address specific learning goals such as certifications and user enablement. - Work with the Oracle University Product Development team to provide feedback and support enhancements to learning content and delivery methods. - Identify learning ecosystem gaps and guide customers on leveraging AI, analytics, and Oracle product innovations proactively. - Collaborate with Renewals and Sales leaders to facilitate contract renewals through customized learning proposals and success metrics. - Monitor and evaluate key adoption KPIs like content activation, usage, and learner engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal likelihood. - Act as a trusted advisor on L&D strategy and Oracle application enablement to C-level stakeholders and project leaders. - Stay updated on Oracle Cloud trends, SaaS adoption, and enterprise upskilling to influence long-term strategies. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in Learning & Development or Customer Success roles within IT consulting or enterprise software firms. - Proficient in Oracle Cloud Learning Subscriptions (MyLearn) and Oracle University solutions. - 8-10 years managing delivery or advisory roles on Oracle Cloud or on-premise application implementations (ERP, HCM, CX). - Deep understanding of Oracle SaaS product ecosystem and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). - Demonstrated experience in team leadership with effective coaching and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Strategic mindset with the capability to translate learning goals into measurable business outcomes.
