Director - Operations/Medical Coding

As an experienced professional in healthcare outsourcing solutions, your role at GeBBS will involve the following key responsibilities: - Handling P&L Management, Service Delivery, Client Relationship, and Internal Stakeholder Management - Heading the offshore Service delivery of Multi-speciality Coding - Implementing programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit - Providing directions and structure for operating units - Designing, setting up, and managing a process excellence/quality framework to ensure high quality work from coders - Working with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management - Implementing improved processes and management methods for higher ROI and workflow optimization - Providing mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees - Managing multiple accounts and overseeing end-to-end program management covering multiple work streams - Facilitating process re-engineering and improvements to enhance customer engagement - Generating new prospects to showcase organizational capabilities - Ensuring attrition control and job enrichment at process levels Qualifications required for this role include: - 14+ years of experience in Medical Coding with a current role as Senior Manager or above, or equivalent to managing operations team of medical coding - Experience in handling outpatient Coding/Inpatient Coding Operations and Performance management - Experience in migrations/set-up start-up projects - Proficiency in planning & budgeting revenues and controls - Strong skills in client relationship management - Expertise in process and people-related change management - Ability in farming within existing engagements Please note that GeBBS is an ISO 9001 certified healthcare outsourcing solutions firm with a focus on providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to Healthcare Providers.
