Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director of Training, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all training programs within the hotel. Your primary focus will be on designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Working closely with department heads, you will identify training needs, create effective training solutions, and monitor the impact of training programs on employee performance and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular training needs assessments across all departments. - Analyze employee performance data and guest feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement. - Collaborate with department managers to address specific training requirements. - Design and develop comprehensive training programs encompassing various formats such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, simulations, and e-learning modules. - Maintain a library of training materials and deliver engaging training sessions that align with learning objectives. - Schedule and coordinate training sessions efficiently, track attendance and completion rates, and gather participant feedback to continuously enhance training programs. - Develop and implement performance improvement plans based on training needs and individual development goals. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal requirements related to training and employee development. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in hospitality training and development. - Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. - Strong instructional design and facilitation skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). - Passion for training and development, customer service orientation, adaptability to changing priorities, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.,
