Job Description

As the Director of Training, you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs within the hotel. Your primary focus will be on designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Working closely with department heads, you will identify training needs, create effective solutions, and monitor the impact of programs on employee performance and business objectives. - Conduct regular training needs assessments and analyze employee performance data and guest feedback. - Collaborate with department managers to address specific training requirements. - Design comprehensive training programs using various formats such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, simulations, and e-learning modules. - Maintain a library of training materials and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with learning objectives. - Schedule and coordinate training sessions efficiently, track attendance and completion rates, and gather participant feedback. - Develop and implement performance improvement plans based on training needs and individual development goals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in hospitality training and development. - Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. - Strong instructional design and facilitation skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). - Passion for training and development, customer service orientation, adaptability, and positive attitude.,
