Job Description

Position Overview

Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    strategic sales plans

    for India and US markets to achieve business objectives in IT staffing and consulting services.
  • Identify, target, and acquire

    new enterprise clients

    while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts in both regions.
  • Build and lead a

    high-performing sales team

    , providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with

    recruiting, delivery, and operations teams

    to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery across geographies.
  • Negotiate client

    contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements

    to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Track

    market trends, competitor activities, and client needs

    in both India and US to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at

    industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

    to enhance brand visibility globally.
  • Provide

    accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

    to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business, Marketing, or a related field

    (Masters degree a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales

    , with at least 3–5 years in a

    senior or director-level sales leadership role

    .
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding

    revenue targets

    in IT staffing and services across India and the US.
  • Strong network of

    decision-makers within enterprise IT, HR, and procurement teams

    in both markets.
  • Excellent

    negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

    .
  • Strategic thinker with strong

    analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, results-driven, cross-regional environment
