What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other performance platforms.

• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive conversions.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, always optimizing for better ROAS.

• Collaborate with our creative team to craft thumb-stopping ads.

• Keep up with the latest platform trends and algorithm shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of running and scaling Meta Ads with solid results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data as much as creativity.

• Knowledge of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and scaling strategies.

• A growth mindset, always hungry to experiment and push limits.
