As the Director of Operations for our premier MICE-focused hotel in India, your role is crucial in ensuring the flawless execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Your strategic leadership will drive profitability, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments: Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Engineering, and Security. - Ensure seamless planning and execution of large MICE events, conferences, and social functions. - Develop and implement SOPs to drive consistency, efficiency, and service quality. - Collaborate with the General Manager on budgets, forecasts, and overall P&L performance. - Drive profitability through cost control, revenue optimization, and operational innovation. - Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and quality assurance. - Lead and develop a high-performing operations team. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to enhance the hotel's MICE positioning. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration. - 10-15 years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in senior operational leadership in a 5-star or luxury MICE-oriented hotel. - Strong financial acumen and proven ability to deliver on budgets and operational KPIs. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in managing complex, large-scale MICE operations. - Guest-centric leader with attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.
