Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the resort to ensure seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability. Your background in Food & Beverage operations, especially in Banqueting, along with experience in managing premium resort properties in the Gujarat and Rajasthan markets will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations across all departments such as F&B, Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Spa. - Lead and manage the resort's F&B operations, with a specific focus on banqueting and event management. - Maintain the highest standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. - Collaborate with department heads to enhance efficiency, control costs, and meet revenue targets. - Implement and uphold brand standards to ensure consistency throughout the property. - Develop and mentor teams to foster a culture of service excellence and accountability. - Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for promotions, events, and banquet sales initiatives. - Monitor operational performance metrics and offer strategic insights to senior leadership. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
