Job Description

As the Director of Facilities Management, your role at Sodexo will involve facing various challenges and adhering to regulations and guidelines. You will need to ensure that Country leaders are actively involved in deployment initiatives and set a clear vision to mobilize your Project team around Program objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and owning the project plan and budget - Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies proactively - Guaranteeing an end-to-end view on all processes of the work scope - Analyzing deployment outcomes and feedback for improvement - Collaborating with global, region, country/segment stakeholders and technical services functional heads - Ensuring technology programs are embedded at the country level and adopted across operations - Collaborating with the BD team during bids to communicate the benefits of technology adoption to clients Your accountabilities will focus on key outputs such as successful completion of key programs, respect for the allocated project budget, and maintaining project quality. You will also be responsible for periodic reporting and communication, as well as resource management. In order to conduct this role effectively, you should possess the following qualifications: Hard skills: - At least 10 years of experience in a similar industry - Good understanding of Global Engineering and Asset Management, Global Command center, and CMMS - Knowledge of PM methodologies including project scheduling, risk management, and reporting skills - Strong leadership experience with a network within the Sodexo organization - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering Soft skills: - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope, stakeholders, and technology Please note that only shortlisted profiles will be contacted for this position at Sodexo.,
