The Role

Lead Sprinto’s content strategy end-to-end—editorial, SEO, brand storytelling, and team leadership—to drive pipeline and brand.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy aligned to GTM; run the editorial calendar (blog, SEO, long-form, ABM, product stories).
• Set voice/messaging; build newsletter, academy, and gated assets.
• Ship high-quality content across formats (blogs, LPs, whitepapers, ebooks, social, email); turn risk/compliance topics into clear narratives.
• Partner with PMM & Sales for launches and enablement; repurpose and distribute to maximize reach/ROI.
• Grow organic via performance SEO (clusters, experiments, site health) and mid-funnel/ABM content.
• Lead and mentor writers/editors/freelancers; set OKRs; raise quality, speed, and analytical rigor.

Requirements

• 7+ yrs in content; 3+ yrs leading teams; 3+ yrs in SaaS (B2B, SMB/mid-market).
• Built and owned content strategy and SEO programs that move pipeline.
• Strong editorial craft, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder alignment.
