The Director / Sr. Manager of Alliances & Partnership will be responsible for cultivating and managing robust relationships with partners and alliances to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of Cyient’s shared objectives. This individual will maintain proactive engagement through structured governance, regular cadence meetings, and direct management of key digital and hyperscale partnerships on a global scale. The role also involves defining internal competency development plans and orchestrating cross-functional engagement with sales, delivery, and practice teams to maximize joint value creation.
In terms of customer acquisition, the role involves leading initiatives to engage potential customers by leveraging partner technologies in combination with Cyient’s service portfolio, driving increased business opportunities and orchestrating sales motions that benefit both Cyient and its partners.
• Developing and implementing partnership strategies: Responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for partnerships that align with the company’s business goals. This will involve developing relationships with potential partners, negotiating terms, and creating partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
• Managing existing partnerships: Maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships, including managing communication and collaboration with key partners and identifying ways to grow and expand these relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities: Continuously mine new opportunities for growth and expansion, including identifying new potential partners working closely with Cyient offer and Tech practice teams.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements: Ensure that all partnerships comply with relevant laws and regulations and that the company is protected against potential legal risks. • Communicating with stakeholders: Communicating with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and clients, for keeping them informed about partnership activities and to seek input and guidance as needed.
• Ability to travel, set up workshops and meet partners and clients to build momentum for JGTM motions.
