What You Will Be Doing

Basic Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related discipline
- Demonstrated 7+ year leadership track record in academic or EdTech environments with measurable learning outcome improvements
- Successful history of leveraging AI and technology to enhance learning efficiency
- Established thought leadership presence through speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles
- Exceptional talent management capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams
- Expert-level proficiency in educational data analysis and intervention design
- Natural ability to connect and communicate with diverse educational stakeholders
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Leadership experience in founding or directing an innovative educational institution or EdTech venture

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
