Basic Requirements
You'll need to bring:
- Advanced credentials in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or related field (Master's/Ph.D.)
- Proven track record of leading academic/EdTech teams to exceptional outcomes (7+ years)
- Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to boost learning efficiency
- Established thought leadership presence through speaking, publishing, or advisory roles
- Sharp performance management skills and ability to drive excellence among top performers
- Expertise in data-driven learning diagnostics and intervention design
- Natural ability to connect with diverse stakeholders from students to school leaders
Nice-to-have Requirements
Bonus points for:
- Experience founding or leading innovative educational ventures

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
