Job Description

Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 20 30 engineers across NOC operations and network engineering functions.
Manage shift planning, team performance, career development, and technical skill-building.
Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Service Delivery & Operations
Ensure 24x7 operational support coverage, especially during U.S. business hours, including incident response, monitoring, change management, and escalation handling.
Oversee service delivery across IP networks, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN deployments.

Network Engineering & Support
Manage the delivery of network configuration, provisioning, performance optimization, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Collaborate with the client s U.S., U.K, EU-based architecture and engineering teams on network designs, rollouts, and upgrades.
Ensure standardization and documentation of all network processes and procedures.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for the U.S., U.K, EU client s operations and engineering leadership.
Lead regular service reviews, incident retrospectives, and roadmap planning meetings.
Ensure proactive communication, SLA compliance, and high client satisfaction.
