Overview:

We are looking for a strategic HR leader who will help us shape the future for our International Markets (all countries except India). This role is pivotal in shaping our global people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business success across diverse geographies. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that balance global consistency with local relevance.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Impact: HR strategies aligned with business priorities, resulting in improved organizational performance and talent readiness.
  • Leadership Influence: Strong advisory relationship with senior leaders, shaping decisions on workforce planning, capability building, and change management.
  • Employee Experience: Enhanced engagement and inclusion across international markets, reflected in improved employee sentiment and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Seamless execution of global HR programs with local adaptation, ensuring compliance and cultural relevance.
  • Business Acumen – Understands global business dynamics and market-specific challenges to deliver HR solutions that drive results.
  • Strategic Thinking – Anticipates future trends and translates them into actionable HR strategies.
  • Influencing & Relationship Building – Builds trust and credibility with senior stakeholders across geographies
  • Change Leadership – Leads organizational transformation initiatives with agility and resilience.
  • Cultural Intelligence – Navigates diverse cultural contexts to create inclusive and effective HR practices.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Uses analytics to inform talent strategies and measure impact.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Please submit resume in English.
