Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation. Job Title - Director - Generative AI Exp - 15+ yrs Required Skills Proficiency in GenaAI based application development and a focus on leveraging AI and ML technologies Strong Experience in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) Extensive experience in building scalable and robust applications using Python Solid understanding of data engineering principles and technologies (e.g., ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing) Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Educational Background BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / MBA Show more Show less
