Director - Executive Search

• Wenger Watson is looking for a highly experienced, result-driven strategic leader to join our Executive Search team as a Director.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading high-performing Executive Search_delivery and Executive Search_Sales & Business Development teams.
• Contribute in developing recruitment strategy and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients and the organizations long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement hiring strategies to drive executive search hiring in the Tech domain, ensuring alignment with the companys growth trajectory and quick scaling objectives.
• Identify the bottlenecks in the hiring process and devise strategies to overcome them.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and improve upon existing hiring metrics and KPIs.

• Lead and manage the dynamic and high-volume recruitment team, adhere to the TAT and drive the recruitment process to achieve a minimum of 85% fill rate for all open roles. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the organizations scaling needs, ensuring no gaps in workforce availability and continuity.
• Collaborate closely with org stakeholders, senior leadership and business unit heads to forecast hiring needs, prioritize key positions, and ensure recruitment is in line with business growth objectives.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to high ethical standards, fostering a positive employer brand and reputation. Maintain a culture of integrity and respect throughout the hiring process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the executive search space-tech domain, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to travel within India to different locations as required for stakeholder management and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (required); master’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of recruiting experience at CXO, Board of Directors and Managing Directors level in the tech domain, domestic market.
• In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, including latest trends, skills,
• emerging technologies and hiring requirements.
• Proven track record of managing, leading and scaling up recruitment teams, with the ability to drive performance and results.
• Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets with the ability to motivate and
• inspire high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze hiring data, forecast workforce needs, and develop dynamic strategies to meet evolving business requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder
• management and client relationship-building skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hands on experience with recruitment platforms and executive search tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery teams, sales teams, and leadership teams.

Work Experience

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience, must be a Sr Manager/ Associate Director/ Director in the current organization .
