About The Role
The Opportunity

Delivery LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery performance across client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability

Client Relationship ManagementAct as the senior point of contact for clients, supporting expansion and extension selling, and contributing to revenue growth

Operational ExcellenceDrive KPIs such as Contribution Margin, CSAT, Utilization, Pyramid

People ManagementCoach and support Engagement Managers (EMs), manage escalations, and ensure high team billability

Strategic InitiativesContribute to organizational goals like GenAI adoption, sustainability, and cross-functional synergies

Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to internal controls, diversity goals, and regional compliance standards (especially in India)

Our Ideal Candidate

15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in managing large, distributed engineering teams.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
