Experience in managing and leading globally distributed engineering teams in a highly agile/scrum environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare Technology and highly regulated industries. Experience in building and managing distributed cloud systems with high availability and scale. Demonstrated experience or certification in prompt engineering, particularly in the context of AI-assisted development.
