Director Engineering

Role Overview: As a Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery performance across client engagements. Your role will involve ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability of the projects. Additionally, you will act as the senior point of contact for clients, supporting expansion and extension selling which contributes to revenue growth. You will also be driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Contribution Margin, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Utilization, and Pyramid. Your focus will also include coaching and supporting Engagement Managers (EMs), managing escalations, and ensuring high team billability. Furthermore, you will contribute to strategic initiatives such as organizational goals like GenAI adoption, sustainability, and cross-functional synergies. Lastly, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and governance by adhering to internal controls, diversity goals, and regional compliance standards, especially in India.
