Director Digital Operations and Value

Role Overview: As the Director of Digital Operations and Value Realization at Montefiore Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team that supports the overall Digital function. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various leaders to create a Digital roadmap, defining metrics to measure the value of Digital efforts, managing internal Digital program processes, handling finances, measuring the value realization of Digital initiatives, and building and managing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with technology, operational, and clinical leaders to develop a Digital roadmap and operational plan - Define OKRs and specific metrics to measure the value of Digital efforts - Lead business case development for digital transformation initiatives - Establish effective processes for internal Digital program management - Maintain standard processes for Digital operations - Act as the primary contact across enterprise enabling functions to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives - Manage Digital team finances and vendors - Establish and measure effective Digital vendor management processes - Build and manage high-performing teams - Guide, coach, and develop team members through feedback and mentorship - Promote a culture of transparency, agility, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Operations, Technology, and/or Data/Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Practical experience with financial management, data, and BI tools - Ability to translate business needs into technology and operational solutions - Proven financial acumen and effective P&L management - Experience working in a matrixed organization - Entrepreneurial experience in building teams - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills - High empathy and stakeholder management - Familiarity with product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and healthcare data - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, Master's degree preferred Please note that Montefiore Medical Center requires employees to be vaccinated for flu and available to work on-site when required.,
