Director - DFRC - Future of CFO in Banking

Role Overview: As a Finance Transformation expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate financial reports and optimizing the bank's capital structure. You will run financial scenarios to forecast outcomes under different market conditions and drive the integration of innovative financial technologies. Additionally, you will advise clients on financial operating model redesign and identify new business opportunities to support business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports - Lead initiatives to optimize the bank's capital structure and manage costs effectively - Run multiple financial scenarios to forecast potential outcomes under different market conditions - Drive the integration of innovative financial technologies - Advise clients on financial operating model redesign and identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and responses to RFPs - Lead the development of offers and consulting assets to support pre-sales and capability demonstrations - Work closely with the account team to understand customer and partner requirements Qualifications Required: - 18-20 years of experience in Finance Transformation with expertise in Process Optimization, Technology Integration, FP&A, and Liquidity Risk Management - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) strongly preferred Additional Details: The ideal candidate should possess strong customer orientation, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
