Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director-level executive to

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring the overall financial health of the bank.
Lead initiatives to optimize the banks capital structure, manage costs effectively, and allocate financial resources to maximize performance.
Run multiple financial scenarios to forecast potential outcomes under different market conditions, ensuring preparedness for various economic climates.
Understand the role of fintech in transforming traditional banking models and drive the integration of innovative financial technologies.
Advise clients on financial operating model redesign, digital finance, regulatory changes, and process automation.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients to support business development efforts.
Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and responses to RFPs,support pre-sales, GTM pursuits, and capability demonstrations
Drive the sales cycle and secure new consulting engagements.

Primary Skills

Our IdealCandidate

He/She/They will have 18-20 years of experience in Finance Transformation with deep expertise in key areas such as Process Optimization, Technology Integration, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Liquidity Risk Management and Oversight and a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.

He/She/They should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing advisory/delivery responsibilities while implementing our offers/solutions with our local and/or global teams.
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are strongly preferred.

This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:

Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
Ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented, ensuring that both the big picture and day-to-day execution are aligned.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide actionable insights.
Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
