The Role: Transformational LeaderConduct a ground-up assessment of current finance processes to identify opportunities for centralization, digitization, and automation.
Break down the transformation into meaningful sub-projects and lead execution across multi-functional teams (Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR).
Establish tangible measures and KPIs to track the effectiveness and benefits realized from the transformation.
Implement robust internal controls, quality checks, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and reporting requirements.
Utilize advanced analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to provide actionable strategic insights.
