The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands the complexities of carbon footprints and industrial pollution but also has hands-on experience in managing non-profit organisations (NPOs). You will play a dual role—providing thought leadership on sustainability and spearheading fundraising, partnerships, and organisational growth.

Important Note:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership as a Co-Founder and guide the Foundation’s long-term vision and mission.
• Apply expertise in carbon footprint assessment, industrial pollution control, and climate policy to shape impactful programs.
• Oversee the Foundation’s registration, compliance, and governance under Section 8 of the Companies Act.
• Build partnerships with government bodies, corporates, academic institutions, and international organisations to amplify impact.
• Lead fundraising efforts including CSR engagement, donor relations, grants, and impact investment.
• Represent CarbonLite Foundation as a thought leader at national and international forums on sustainability.
• Support program teams in implementing scalable initiatives across recycling, reforestation, renewable energy, and zero-waste practices.
  

Requirements
