Mechneo Global specializes in setting up heavy industrial machinery for clients who require Continuous Casting Machines (CCM), multiple welding machines, cooling furnaces , and related high-performance mechanical systems. We’re building a company that delivers efficient, turnkey mechanical solutions — and we’re looking for a Co-Founder to lead the mechanical operations side of the business. What You’ll Do: Lead the planning and setup of industrial plants for clients — including CCMs, welding stations, and cooling furnace systems. Manage end-to-end coordination with vendors: negotiation, ordering, and timely delivery. Oversee quality checks on machinery and components received from suppliers. Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth installation and handover. Own and scale the mechanical department as a Director and Co-Founder .
