We're searching for a dynamic and seasoned Director/AVP to establish and lead our Microsoft Analytics practice, driving our presence in this rapidly evolving field. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in positioning our organization as a premier Microsoft partner, surpassing growth targets, and shaping the trajectory of data-driven success for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Form and nurture a high-performing team of Microsoft Analytics consultants and developers. Provide mentorship, coaching, and inspiration to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences and the exploration of new frontiers in data innovation.

• Lead new business initiatives and sales conversions. Proactively identify leads, cultivate relationships, craft compelling proposals, and close deals, consistently achieving revenue generation targets and surpassing sales goals.

• Cultivate robust client relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor, comprehensively understanding client needs and delivering solutions that empower them to harness the full potential of their data.

• Stay abreast of advancements in the dynamic Microsoft Analytics ecosystem. Continuously seek and integrate the latest features and best practices into your team's skill set and service offerings.

• Establish yourself as a thought leader in the Microsoft Analytics community. Share your expertise through insightful content, engaging presentations, and active participation in industry forums.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Analytics, preferably across diverse industry verticals.

• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets and driving substantial business growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Profound understanding of data warehousing concepts, cloud architecture, and data governance best practices.

• Proficiency in developing and delivering successful Microsoft Analytics-based projects.

• Strategic thinking ability with a keen understanding of the competitive landscape in the cloud data space.
