Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Hyd

Number of Positions: 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the USA to generate leads and secure sales for digital marketing services.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our digital marketing services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve sales conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience

    in a call center or inside sales role, preferably in digital marketing services.
  • Proven experience with

    USA calling and sales processes

    , understanding of the cultural nuances and time zone considerations for effective communication.
  • Strong

    communication skills

    (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Ability to work in a

    high-performance, target-driven environment

    with a focus on results.
  • Self-motivated

    and able to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales software is a plus.
