Their primary role will be to guide deputies through the UAN generation process using the UMANG app.
Please find the JD for these interns below:
1. Call deputees and guide them on UAN generation via the FAT-UMANG App.
2. Map UANs under the respective PF code once generated by the deputee.
3. Maintain daily dashboards and call logs.
4. Share the pending UAN list with RBHs on a daily basis.
5.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
