Direct tax advisory on complex issues such as merger, demerger, spin-offs, business transfer etc.
Preparation / review of transaction documentation Conducting tax due diligence International tax advisory with a specific focus on BEPS, MLI, GAAR, DTAA, domestic tax laws and FEMA/ regulatory issues. Direct tax litigation assistance including drafting submissions and briefing senior counsels. Carrying out research on varied income-tax issues. Preparing deliverable in the form of slide-deck, opinion, note and memo.
