Job Title: Chartered Accountant –Tax (Advisory & Litigation) Location: Noida Experience: 0–1 year Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Department: Taxation Job Overview: We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Chartered Accountant who is eager to join our team and work seamlessly across advisory and litigation in taxation. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for taxation laws (GST, Customs, etc.) and shall be ready to take on responsibilities involving strategic tax advisory, client representation and litigation at various fora. This role offers a dynamic platform for fresh CAs to build expertise in complex tax matters while working in a collaborative and high-growth environment. Good analytical skills with ability to research on Taxation laws. Knowledge of case laws with relevant legal framework, good understanding of regulatory updates and a basic understanding of its impact on the assigned clients. Good command over English and have drafting skills Ability to create and disseminate updates on latest trends to the team. Ability to do quick research to develop theoretical understanding of the laws and acts. Required Skill Set The incumbent will handle engagements related to Taxation Laws including drafting replies, appeals, writ petitions, briefing counsels and senior counsels. Assignments will also include tax advisory and litigation.
