Direct Sales Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or data.
• Pitch the companys products/services confidently and persuasively.
• Generate leads and maintain a proper database of calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and transfer hot leads to the sales team.
• Handle queries professionally and provide information as needed.
• Maintain call logs and records in the CRM tool.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales (preferably in software services, SAS, SaaS, or custom development).
• Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel locally as required.

• 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any additional regional language is a plus).Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking tone.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
• Fresher with a passion for sales/telecalling is encouraged to apply.
