Role & Responsibilities

Procurement
of Plastic Parts, Electronics Components, and PCBs.
Understand and evaluate
BOMs
,
Raw Material specifications
, and vendor capabilities.
Handle critical
planning
and perform
schedule gap analysis
to ensure timely material availability.
Manage
vendor development, negotiation, and cost optimization
.
Maintain
MIS reports
,
SAP-based procurement records
, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Quality, Production).
Draft professional emails for follow-ups, updates, and escalation.
Ensure adherence to
quality, cost, and delivery targets
.
Monitor and reduce
lead times
and
inventory cost
.

Skills Required

Must be experienced in handling
Plastic Parts, Electronics Components, and PCBs
.
Strong understanding of
BOM (Bill of Materials)
and material specifications.
Proficiency in
vendor management
and negotiation.
Ability to perform
cost optimization
and analysis.
Experience with
SAP
for procurement records and reporting.
Excellent
planning and coordination
skills.
Strong written communication for professional correspondence.
Focus on achieving
