Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing and procurement of raw materials, such as oils, excipients, processing aids, and plant extracts. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely availability of these materials for uninterrupted production. Your role is vital in maintaining supply reliability, optimizing costs, and aligning with production schedules and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Source raw materials from approved and reliable suppliers - Onboard new suppliers for cost benefits and supply continuity - Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost-saving targets while upholding quality and service levels - Collaborate with finance and planning teams to prepare the annual material budget - Develop monthly and annual procurement plans aligned with production forecasts - Coordinate with PPIC, production, and sales teams to align material planning with demand forecasts - Collaborate with the R&D team for new product development - Work with the logistics team for timely follow-up on material shipments - Monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure service level adherence - Escalate concerns when necessary - Track market price changes and update the Lead Direct Purchase with timely information - Manage procurement documentation and bills to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness - Update procurement systems with relevant documentation - Share updates with internal stakeholders Qualification Required: - Education: MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred - Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience - Skills & Competencies: Negotiation skills, delivering consistent results, supplier management, and vendor management,
