Job Description

As a Sales Executive at apna.co, your primary responsibility will be to identify and conduct daily sales calls for financial planning sessions with clients. You will be required to acquire customers and generate the targeted amount of premium by delivering complete product information to customers. Additionally, you will need to monitor and fulfill prospect and customer leads provided by the company for new business or cross-sell opportunities. Your role will also involve cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers to build portfolios. It will be crucial for you to manage the relationship with customers to ensure persistency and renewals. You must ensure adherence to all sales systems, operational, underwriting, compliance guidelines, and ensure accurate data capture. Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering all Sales and Distribution (S&D) and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) defined for the role. It is imperative to adhere to the defined sales process, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, as well as the code of conduct and rules of the company.,
