Job Description

Diploma in Mechanical

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical
Assist senior engineers/supervisors in daily operations.
Support in production, quality checks, maintenance, or related tasks.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and update data as instructed.
Follow all safety rules, PPE usage, and workplace discipline.
Maintain quality standards as per company and customer requirements.
Operate and monitor CNC machines as per given work instructions.
Set tools, fixtures, and job parameters according to the drawing.
Assist in CNC program loading and editing under guidance.
Verify correct tool offsets, cutting speeds, and feeds.
Ensure proper fixture clamping and zero setting.
Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Check part dimensions as per drawing and quality standards.
Identify defects, report abnormalities, and take corrective action.
Maintain daily production and rejection reports.
Record tool life, breakdown history, and maintenance logs.
Report machine downtime and issues to the supervisor.
Contribute to cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.
Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities.
Suggest improvements for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
