Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment and systems at client sites. Perform pre-installation checks , verify site readiness, and ensure all tools and equipment are available. Conduct functional testing and ensure proper configuration and calibration of equipment. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during and after installation. Prepare and maintain installation, testing, and commissioning reports . Train clients and operators on equipment operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, service) to resolve technical issues. Ensure work is performed in compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines . Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project for updates and issue resolutions. Provide after-sales support and respond to customer service requests as needed. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant engineering field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites, both domestic and international if required. Good communication and client handling skills. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Knowledge of equipment controls, PLCs, or process systems (if applicable to your industry).
