About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and field-ready Implementation Associate with a background in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering. You will be responsible for deploying and supporting the Sysma MRO platform at client locations. This role combines engineering knowledge with digital system implementation to help industrial clients digitize and optimize their maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with plant maintenance, operations, and IT teams to map current workflows, equipment hierarchies, and maintenance practices.
• Drive the full lifecycle of Sysma platform implementation—master data setup, system configuration, and module activation (PM, Breakdown, RCA, MoC, etc.).
• Digitize legacy records (SAP, spreadsheets, paper-based logs) into structured formats compatible with the Sysma system.
• Support on-ground activities including equipment mapping, job plan and spare register creation in coordination with client teams.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live functional support.
• Interface with internal tech teams to troubleshoot issues and relay enhancement needs.

Candidate Profile:Required:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or E&I Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in process manufacturing (cement, chemical, utilities, FMCG, etc.)
• Good grasp of plant maintenance workflows, equipment lifecycle, and asset management
• Familiarity with SAP PM/MM, MES, or CMMS platforms
• Comfortable with technical documentation like P&IDs, layouts, manuals
• Skilled in MS Excel, basic data management, and system usage

Preferred:

• Prior experience in cement industry or brownfield upgrade projects
• Exposure to SCADA/DCS systems or field instrumentation (for E&I roles)
• Involvement in digital transformation, smart maintenance, or audit initiatives
• Hands-on experience with SOP preparation and end-user training
