Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Digital Workplace Collaboration Engineer to join our Workplace Services team. In this pivotal role, you’ll engineer, administer, and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms that drive seamless communication, knowledge sharing, and productivity across ETS’s hybrid work environment.You’ll lead the implementation and management of corporate collaboration tools, support modern conference room technologies, and contribute to digital transformation efforts that enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for user experience, governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration across business units.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote user adoption and best practices.
- Implement governance, retention policies, and leverage Graph API for automation and compliance.
- Support modern conference room setups, host Teams webinars and town hall meetings, and manage digital signage.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to align collaboration technologies with the organizational roadmap.
- Plan and implement new or upgraded services, suggest process improvements, and ensure compliance with ETS standards.
- Monitor service delivery and vendor performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Participate in incident response, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in digital workplace collaboration engineering in mid to large-sized organizations.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, Entra Identity, Exchange Identity, PowerShell scripting, and automation.
- Experience managing multiple tenants and configuring cross-tenant synchronization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business lines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality employee experiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous engineering practices.
