Digital Transformation Leader Supply Chain & Finance

As a Process Mining Consultant at Latinum, you will have the opportunity to lead high-stakes, enterprise-level projects in the supply chain and finance domains. Your primary responsibility will be to drive process excellence and deliver tangible business value through impactful digital transformation initiatives. By bringing together your expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and finance, you will play a crucial role in implementing cutting-edge tools and strategies. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end implementation projects, deploying Internal Control Frameworks across supply chain and finance functions, managing program delivery, resource planning, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. You will also collaborate on RFP/RFQ processes, align solutions to client needs, and analyze and transform processes across AP, AR, RTR, Procurement, Logistics, and more. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in both Supply Chain and Finance, with a focus on AP, AR, and RTR functions. A Masters Degree in MBA, CA, or CPA is preferred, with a background in SCM or Finance highly valued. Additionally, you should possess deep domain expertise in Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver functions, familiarity with tools like Celonis, SAP/Oracle ERP, Power BI/Tableau, and basic SQL, and hands-on experience in process transformation and internal controls. Strong project and program management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
