Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) with occasional travel required to regions including the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and APAC. About the Role: We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Manager to spearhead our global business development initiatives in IT services and consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting digital transformation solutions, bespoke software development, staff augmentation, and managed services to clients across key global markets. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans for international territories, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, showcasing various IT services offerings, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company at industry events, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 6-12 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales within the IT services or technology consulting sector. - Proven success in selling to international clients, particularly in the US, UK, or MEA regions. - Profound knowledge of outsourcing models, IT consulting dynamics, and different pricing structures. - Extensive network within target industries such as Fintech, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or SaaS. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple accounts effectively, and travel internationally when necessary. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal development. - Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern technology stacks. - Exposure to catering to startup, scaleup, and enterprise clients.
