Job Summary:

Digital Transformation Manager Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Implementation

Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap for the retail banking division.
Identify opportunities to digitize customer journeys including account opening, payments, lending, and service requests.
Work with product, technology, and operations teams to introduce new digital solutions (e.g., mobile apps, chatbots, AI-based service tools).

Customer Experience & Channel Optimization

Redesign traditional banking processes to provide seamless omnichannel experiences.
Drive adoption of self-service and digital banking channels (mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs, kiosks).

Process Improvement & Change Management

Identify inefficiencies in existing retail operations and recommend automation or process reengineering solutions.
Work with business heads to align transformation projects with key performance goals.
Manage change communication, stakeholder engagement, and staff training for smooth implementation.

Key Skills :
