Digital Transformation Assessment Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct digital maturity assessments using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
• Collect and analyze data on current business processes, technology infrastructure, and digital capabilities.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings, gaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of roadmaps for digital transformation projects.
• Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into assessments.
• Assist in stakeholder workshops, interviews, and surveys to validate assessment results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital maturity models (e.g., MIT, Deloitte, Forrester, etc.).
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud computing, automation tools, and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
