Atwias

Beyond strategy, this leader must be hands-on with tools, AI workflows, paid media, automation, and analyticswhile also building, mentoring, and scaling the digital marketing team.

This is a client-facing, performance-oriented leadership role with strong accountability on delivery, growth, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Visit clients, conduct requirement deep-dives, diagnose business gaps, and recommend actionable digital-first solutions.
  • Close new accounts through presentations, demos, performance audits, and strategic proposals.
  • Own CXO-level conversations and manage stakeholder expectations with clarity and confidence.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboardingfrom pitch ? proposal ? scope ? execution flow.

2. Digital Strategy & Solution Architecture

  • Craft ROI-driven digital growth plans combining Meta, Google, SEO, content, automation, CRM, AI, and UX.
  • Translate business goals into performance funnels, landing page architecture, CRM setups, and creative strategy.
  • Build AI-powered strategies: chatbots, automation flows, AI-content generation, predictive analytics, and personalisation engines.
  • Design end-to-end campaign architectures, including audiences, creative direction, budget splits, and tracking.

3. Hands-On Execution & Tech Enablement

4. Team Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Lead the Digital Marketing, Performance, Creative, and Content teams.
  • Build a high-accountability culture with daily standups, weekly reviews, SOPs, and performance scorecards.
  • Train teams on new tools, AI workflows, best practices, and innovation pilots.
  • Ensure every campaign is on-time, on-brand, and performance-driven.

5. Performance Monitoring & Growth Ownership

  • Own the delivery of KPIs across CPL, CAC, ROAS, traffic, engagement, and lead-to-conversion.
  • Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reports with insights and next-action plans.
  • Proactively solve drops in quality, creative fatigue, campaign issues, or lead flow disruptions.
  • Mentor teams to experiment, optimise, and scale.

6. Sales, Pitches & Business Growth

  • Participate in discovery calls, demos, and client meetingsonline & onsite.
  • Present Atwias digital capabilities, case studies, creative strategy, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Build proposals, decks, budgets, and growth roadmaps.
  • Drive upselling & cross-selling of branding, digital, and tech services.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 812 years in digital marketing with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO, CRM, automation, and AI tools.
  • Strong presentation skills & ability to simplify complex tech to clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work with creative, performance, content, tech, and management teams simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of real estate, retail, e-commerce, and service industries (preferred).
  • Mature decision-maker, goal-driven, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented.
