As a Digital Service Manager for Microsoft 365 and Collaboration Tools, here you get the opportunity to manage the implementation, delivery, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and a variety of collaboration tools.
If you're someone who thrives on creating value through smart digital solutions, this is your chance to ensure these tools are effectively used to boost productivity, communication, and teamwork across the organization. You'll also coordinate with outsourced service providers to guarantee high-quality service delivery and alignment with business goals, all to make the value stream excel in a secure and compliant manner.
In summary, you will manage the domain and drive the development of this area, taking full ownership of its operational responsibilities. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering results and ensuring progress within the domain. While you will lead and coordinate work across teams, the position does not include direct personnel management or team development responsibilities.

This position can be located at any SKF site globally. Preferred locations are India and within EMEA, where the position will be offered with a local contract.
You will report to Gerard Schram, Services and Service Management Lead, who is located in Houten, the Netherlands.
