Job Description

As a Digital Sales Specialist at Uproi - Digital Marketing Agency, your primary role will be to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and convert them into long-term clients for our various digital marketing services. This client-facing position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as inbound leads, outbound outreach, and referrals. - Understand client needs and present tailored solutions across our service portfolio, including News PR, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and SEO. - Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal pitches. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Keep track of all sales activities in the CRM system and generate regular reports. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, business development, or a related role in a digital marketing agency. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach. - Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle. - Familiarity with digital marketing services such as News PR, Lead Generation, SEO, and Performance Marketing. - Ability to understand and align solutions with client goals and pain points. - Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
